Medical Life Care Planning began in 2007 and we have assisted clients throughout the United States. Our dedicated team of physicians includes Bryan Sibley, M.D. and Nelson Valena, M.D. They each have active clinical practices in either physical medicine/rehabilitation or pediatrics. Our professional team is trained and skilled in the area of life care planning and has a combined experience in life care planning of over 80 years.
